Abbeywood Estate Wedding Photography

November 26, 2016

Rebecca and Dave’s Abbeywood Estate wedding in Delamere Cheshire.

“Well, what can I say? The photos are amazing!  Despite not liking having our photo taken we love them.  We can’t stop looking at them! We are also so delighted with the moments you have captured; Dad and Keith putting confetti down Dave’s shirt is just brilliant!  They couldn’t be more perfect and we really can’t thank you enough.  We have both said we had a strange feeling when we think about the day in that we can’t remember details of anything. The fabulous photographs have helped us piece things together and are a wonderful reminder of the whole day.”

I have known Rebecca for a few years now. She used to be a wedding planner at Nunsmere Hall in Cheshire and we met there when I was photographing weddings so I was thrilled when she asked me to capture her own wedding day! She’s very creative and made her own wedding dress, cake and table plan, in fact I think the only thing she didn’t do was build the venue. Oh wait she didn’t do the floristry either that was done by Living Colour Floral Design who did an amazing job using the most beautiful colour palette for an autumn wedding. Dave is a bit of a dark horse, he’s fairly quiet and unassuming until he stepped onto the dance floor for their first dance. They danced the Bachata followed by Salsa and I can honestly say it was the best wedding dance I have ever seen. It was nice to see the groom actually lead a dance too!
