I photographed Cordon Bleu patisserie chef, Sophie Constable yesterday. Her wedding cakes are so beautiful – the best I have seen. I took some cake shots so I can show clients. The company is Daisy Hill Cake Company. They have two showrooms, one in the Triangle in Manchester city centre, the other in Thornton Hough, Wirral.
